Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Eclatrecon, we are committed to delivering high-quality work. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to be fair and transparent about our refund policy.
Please read this refund policy carefully before making any payment for our services.
✅ Refund Available — Work Not Started
A full refund is available if work has not yet started on your project. If you've made a payment but we haven't begun any development, design, or research work, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
❌ No Refund — Work Already Started
Once work has begun on your project, no refund is available. This includes any development, design, research, planning, wireframing, or other project-related activities. All completed work up to the point of cancellation will be delivered to you.
2. Detailed Refund Conditions
2.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund before any work has commenced
- No design mockups, wireframes, or code have been created
- No research, planning, or third-party purchases have been made for your project
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial payment
2.2 No Refund
Refunds are not available once:
- Development, design, or any project work has started
- Wireframes, mockups, or prototypes have been created
- Any code has been written or third-party services purchased for the project
- Domain names, hosting, subscriptions, or software licenses have been acquired on your behalf
- The project has been delivered (partially or fully)
2.3 Partial Work Delivery
If you cancel after work has started:
- You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date
- All source code, designs, and assets created will be handed over
- No additional charges apply beyond the already-paid amount
- Remaining balance (if any) is cancelled — you only pay for what's been done
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your project name and payment details
- State the reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Bank transfer: Refunded to the same bank account
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- PayPal: Refunded to the same PayPal account
- International wire: Refunded to the same bank account (wire fees may apply)
5. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the work delivered, we encourage you to:
- Communicate your concerns clearly via email or WhatsApp
- Allow us to revise the work within the revision rounds included in your project
- Escalate to the project lead (Sanket Giri) for direct resolution
We believe in resolving issues through communication before considering cancellation. Our goal is always to deliver work that exceeds your expectations.
6. Third-Party Purchases
Payments made to third-party services on your behalf (domain registrars, hosting providers, stock images, API subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable through us. You must contact the respective provider directly for their refund policy.
